You can expect to receive personalized attention when you call my office. I will assist you in scheduling a timely appointment to address your needs. My desire is that you get the best care possible.

Your first appointment should be a meaningful experience. This is my opportunity to get to know you. A comprehensive, one hour interview is the first step.  This includes establishing the goals for your treatment, and identifying what you want from counseling. Family, loved ones, or significant others are welcome to participate in your care, as needed. This happens only with your permission because your privacy is very important to me.

Please phone 904-410-6324. Leave a message for me.  When I return the call, I will get some basic information from you.  All services are strictly confidential. In some cases, I can bill your insurance company directly. You may be responsible for a co-payment, deductible or coinsurance fee.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday

8:00 a..m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The practice closes for most major holidays.

Handling Emergencies

If you have an urgent need, I will do my best to see you within 48 hours. I can also be reached after hours.  Please follow the voice mail prompts when you call.  All life-threatening emergencies require a call to 911, or transportation to the nearest hospital emergency room.
